Join Dr. Stephen Sideroff for a live conversation on his new book — practical, evidence-based tools for mastering stress, slowing aging, and building lasting vitality.
Drawing on more than four decades of clinical work, Dr. Sideroff's new book lays out nine interconnected pillars for building resilience — a practical, research-backed approach to handling everyday pressure, protecting long-term health, and staying energized as we age.
Rather than treating stress as something to avoid, the book reframes it as something to work with — offering concrete tools readers can start applying right away.
Dr. Sideroff is an internationally recognized psychologist and Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences, with a joint appointment in Rheumatology, at UCLA's School of Medicine.
